Material

The grinding wheel is made of electroplated diamond particles to provide excellent grinding results, wear-resistant and long-lasting, with a high-carbon steel base to ensure strength and stability.

Usage

Diamond coated polishing discs can be used both wet and dry, with water grinding for better results. They need to be cleaned and dried after use and can be used with a wide range of grinding and polishing machines such as lapidary and bench grinders.

Applications

For grinding, sanding and polishing glass, ceramic tile, lapis lazuli, crystal, jade, seals, onyx, marble, stone and metal to create a bright polished surface. Flat grinding discs provide a smooth and even surface, ensuring precise material removal.

Precautions

Remove material with coarse grits first, then polish with fine grits to ensure a smooth surface. Water marks on the surface should be wiped dry after use to prevent rusting, and protective equipment should be worn when using.
